A friendly, competitive fencing club in Salisbury

2020 Southern Region Medallists

WELCOME
TO SARUM SWORDS

Sarum Swords was established in 2013 to enable young people living in Salisbury to experience the Olympic sport of fencing. The club allows children who are five years old and over, to train, nurturing their skills in a safe and enjoyable environment. For our younger fencers, we provide structured sessions made up of a mixture of games, mobility exercises and blade skills, giving them the habits they will need to go on and be successful fencers.

Sarum Swords now welcomes experienced competitive adult fencers. The club's competitive success has been growing rapidly, to the point where we are now considered one of the strongest foil clubs in the Southern Region. Whilst catering to all levels, from the complete beginner to an elite athelete, we particularly welcome hard working, driven people who want to have fun while pushing themselves to achieve their sporting goals.

Enrolment now open for the Summer Term 2022
